How feedback is collected
Quotes come from clients of completed commissions. They are gathered after handover, once the space is lived in. Editing is limited to length and translation. Attribution shows name and role where clients agree.

Satisfaction is checked against measured outcomes wherever clients consent. The studio tracks sleep, stress, air and sound around delivery. The WHO attributes roughly one in four deaths worldwide to environmental factors (WHO, 2016). That is why words alone are never the only metric.

Reading outcome figures
Every published number carries its measurement instrument. Sleep figures cite the Garmin Wellness Index. Stress figures cite the validated PSS-10 scale. Air figures come from continuous particulate monitoring.
Six-month windows are the standard tracking period. Shorter windows are labelled where used. No figure is published without client consent.
