LR Rooms Frankfurt: A Completed Longevity Interior in the City

LR Rooms Frankfurt (2026) is the studio's documented longevity hospitality interior in the city. It was designed and delivered remotely from the Ankara headquarters, with scheduled site visits. The project applied all four Longevity by Design pillars. Circadian lighting was calibrated to 4000–5000K by day and 2200–2700K in the evening. The biophilic composition carries at least three natural elements. HEPA-13 filtration with MVHR targets PM2.5 below the WHO guideline of 5 µg/m³. Acoustic detailing keeps continuous sound under 55 dB. A technical health brief can clearly reach completion in Germany without a permanent local office.

Longevity by Design: Four Measurable Pillars, Not a Mood Board

The methodology launched as the opening keynote of The Longevity Show Ankara on 13 June 2026. It rests on parameters that can be measured after handover.
