Longevity Frankfurt: Interiors Engineered for Healthspan
Longevity Frankfurt is no longer an abstract wellness trend — it is a design brief this studio has already delivered. Sabina Malikova Design Office completed LR Rooms Frankfurt in 2026, a longevity hospitality interior planned and executed remotely from its Ankara headquarters. Commissions across Frankfurt and the Rhein-Main region are now open on the same proven model.
LR Rooms Frankfurt: A Completed Longevity Interior in the City
LR Rooms Frankfurt (2026) is the studio's documented longevity hospitality interior in Frankfurt, designed and delivered remotely from the Ankara headquarters with scheduled site visits. The project applied all four Longevity by Design pillars: circadian lighting calibrated to 4000–5000K by day and 2200–2700K in the evening, a biophilic composition of at least three natural elements, HEPA-13 filtration with MVHR targeting PM2.5 below the WHO guideline of 5 µg/m³, and acoustic detailing under 55 dB. It demonstrates that a technical health brief can be carried to completion in Germany without a permanent local office.
Longevity by Design: Four Measurable Pillars, Not a Mood Board
The methodology launched as the opening keynote of The Longevity Show Ankara on 13 June 2026 and rests on parameters that can be measured after handover. The evidence base is deliberately narrow and citable: Figueiro et al. (Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine, 2020) recorded sleep-quality scores improving by roughly a third under circadian-effective lighting in an RCT; Hunter et al. (Frontiers in Psychology, 2019) measured cortisol falling about 21% per hour of exposure to natural elements; WHO 2021 air-quality and WHO Europe 2018 noise guidelines set the thresholds written directly into every specification. Klepeis (2001) estimates we spend roughly 90% of our time indoors — the room is the exposure.
Commissions in Frankfurt and Rhein-Main: How Delivery Works
The studio holds no office in Frankfurt and does not claim one. Projects run from the Ankara HQ (NeXT Level, Çankaya), supported by the London (71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden) and Baku offices, with site visits at survey, technical installation review and handover — the same cadence that delivered LR Rooms Frankfurt. The model suits the local market: dense apartment stock, hospitality refurbishments and clinic fit-outs where air, light and acoustics decide daily quality of life. With 19+ documented projects across Türkiye, the UK, Germany and Azerbaijan, the next public checkpoint is Sabina Malikova's keynote at The Longevity Show Frankfurt, 4–5 September 2026.
Frequently asked questions
Who delivers longevity Frankfurt interior projects?
Sabina Malikova Design Office, founded 2017, completed LR Rooms Frankfurt in 2026 — a longevity hospitality interior delivered remotely from Ankara with on-site visits. The studio has 19+ documented projects across Türkiye, the UK, Germany and Azerbaijan, and accepts new Frankfurt commissions on the same model.
Does Sabina Malikova have an office in Frankfurt?
No. The offices are in Ankara (HQ at NeXT Level, Çankaya), London (71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden) and Baku. Frankfurt projects run on a remote-plus-site-visit model, already proven by the completed LR Rooms Frankfurt project in 2026.
What does a longevity interior actually specify?
Four measurable pillars: circadian lighting at 4000–5000K by day and 2200–2700K in the evening, at least three natural elements, HEPA-13 filtration with MVHR targeting PM2.5 below WHO's 5 µg/m³ guideline, and acoustics under 55 dB, in line with WHO Europe 2018 noise guidelines.
