This page explains how sabinamalikova.com handles personal data. The site is operated by Sabina Malikova Design Office, Ankara, Türkiye. It describes what the site actually does, in plain language. Questions about anything here can be sent to [email protected].

Data the site processes

Forms and email

Contact messages are saved to the studio's database. The team reads them there and replies to your email address. Inquiry submissions are saved the same way. Each inquiry additionally triggers a notification email to the studio. Form data is used only to answer you and scope your project.

Both forms carry anti-spam protection. The inquiry form uses a hidden honeypot field and a timing check. Submission endpoints are rate-limited against automated abuse. These measures inspect the submission itself, nothing more.

The newsletter is a separate, explicit sign-up. Nobody is subscribed through the contact or inquiry forms. Personal data is not sold or rented.

Analytics, logs and your browser

Google Analytics 4 provides aggregated statistics such as page views, countries and devices. The studio uses these numbers to improve content, not to identify visitors. Server logs record requests for security monitoring and abuse prevention. Logs are not used for marketing.

Your language choice is kept in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device and is not a tracking cookie. Clearing your browser data removes it instantly. Google Analytics may set its own measurement cookies; Google documents those separately.

Imagery under /uploads is studio-managed project content. Visitors do not upload files to this site.

Retention

Messages stay in the studio archive so later project conversations keep context. You can ask for removal at any time. Deletion requests are honoured for both forms. Aggregated analytics contain no direct identifiers to delete.

Your rights and contact

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data. Email [email protected] and the studio will respond. The European Commission publishes an overview of EU data-protection law for reference. The date line above shows when this page last changed.
