Villa Terrace Design-ISTANBUL — interior architecture project by Sabina Malikova Design Office

This conceptual terrace design embraces biophilic principles, seamlessly integrating natural materials with Istanbul's dynamic cityscape. Our vision creates an elevated sanctuary where organic textures and living elements transform outdoor living into a restorative urban retreat.

The challenge

Urban jungle meets botanical sanctuary. Defying concrete constraints. Where nature reclaims the rooftop. Istanbul's skyline as backdrop to biophilic rebellion. Structural limits. Endless possibilities.

The approach

We challenged urban density by creating a vertical oasis above Istanbul's skyline. Strategic plantings and structural solutions transform rigid rooftop constraints into flowing botanical narratives. Nature becomes architecture's rebellion against concrete limitations.

This villa terrace project in Istanbul extends interior standards outdoors. Natural materials and planting raise the biophilic score. Shading and acoustic planning keep the terrace usable across seasons.
