Longevity by Design
Published: July 2026 · Updated: August 2026
Transforming your clinic, home, or office into spaces that promote well-being and longevity.
The longevity design service applies the full Longevity by Design methodology to a commission. Each space is scored against four measurable pillars. The targets cover circadian light, biophilia, indoor air and acoustics.
Scope
- Baseline environmental measurement of the existing space
- Lighting specification: 4000–5000 K by day, 2200–2700 K in the evening
- At least three natural elements per occupied space
- HEPA-13 filtration with heat-recovery ventilation
- Acoustic detailing for continuous sound below 55 dB
- Post-occupancy tracking where clients consent
Air targets follow the WHO global air quality guidelines. Indoor PM2.5 is held below 5 µg/m³. The studio treats these thresholds as specifications, not aspirations.
Documented outcomes include sleep quality up 38% in an Ankara residence. See the methodology for the framework and the evidence behind it.
