Expert guidance on spatial planning, material selection, and structural modifications.
The architectural design service handles spatial planning and building-level coordination. It connects architecture with interior specification. Layouts are shaped around daylight, ventilation and acoustics from the first sketch.
Architectural scope
- Space planning and layout design
- Daylight and orientation studies
- Coordination with engineering disciplines
- Technical documentation and site supervision
Decisions with the largest leverage
Early architectural decisions carry the largest health leverage. Window placement decides the daily daylight dose. Room adjacency decides acoustic exposure. The methodology quantifies both before construction begins.
Orientation fixes how much daylight each room can ever receive. Morning light matters most for the circadian rhythm. Plans therefore place daytime spaces toward the morning sun. Bedrooms sit on the quieter, darker side.
Adjacency planning is acoustic planning. Mechanical rooms and lifts stay away from sleeping walls. Buffer zones absorb street-facing noise. Such moves cost little on paper and much to retrofit later.
Ventilation routes are planned before finishes. Duct runs, intake positions and heat-recovery units need early space. Late additions compromise air targets and ceiling heights alike.
Documentation and supervision
Technical documentation carries the health targets into contracts. Specifications name numbers a contractor can price and build. Site supervision then checks the built result against them. Deviations are corrected while correction is still cheap.
Coordination covers structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines. The four pillars appear as requirements in each package. Nothing depends on goodwill after tendering.
Where the service fits
The service suits new builds and deep retrofits alike. Completed examples span clinics, homes and workplaces. LR Rooms Frankfurt required building-level coordination from Ankara. The Istanbul villa terrace work extended planning outdoors.
Health targets shape budgets early, while choices are cheap. Glazing, insulation and ventilation set the baseline for every later metric. Correcting them after completion costs multiples of planning them first.
Drawings, studies and specifications are archived per project. Later phases and future owners inherit a verifiable record.
Remote building-level delivery
Projects are delivered from Ankara with scheduled site visits. LR Rooms Frankfurt was completed on this model in 2026. LOKMATAS in Stuttgart was coordinated the same way. Documentation quality is what makes remote delivery verifiable.
